We coordinate entire process from pickup to ocean/air transportation, overseas customs clearance, rail and truck transportation, and equipment installation. Our experienced customs brokerage team handles the customs clearance process for a wide variety of cargoes with accuracy and speed. We also comply with ever-changing and complex laws and regulations.
In addition, our own developed computer system enables us to provide uniform, high-quality customs clearance services throughout Japan. Compiled database of handling records support clear customs for hundreds of items in a single declaration with accuracy and speed.
Moreover, we encourage our staffing to be qualified as national customs broker. We pay close attention to human resource development and education for customs broker license to improve their knowledge. Japan Transcity holds a large number of professional customs broker license holders.
We also offer advice at customer's perspective as well as provide services that deepen the customer's understanding for customs clearance.

We provide safe and reliable transportation service to final destination by loading with advanced lashing technology on flat rack containers. We are also flexible for on-site packaging.
