Yokkaichi Port has 15 weekly container liner services (as of May 2023), reaching out to major ports in China, Korea, and Southeast Asia. The port also connects to Europe, North and South America, Australia, and other countries around the world via transshipment services.

Stevedoring equipment

Japan Transcity accommodates a full portfolio of material handling equipment and storage facilities for varying stevedoring operations.

Large MHE

Assorted material handling equipment are furnished, such as specialized un-loaders for coal and coke with the capacity of discharging 20,000tons a day, 11,000tons grab-bucket un-loaders, stackers, re-claimers, ship-loaders, etc.

Coal center (Coal storage unit)

The largest coal center in Chubu Area has 1,000,000tons storage capacity beside the 14m deep wharf for large-sized vessels and high-speed un-loaders towards swift stevedoring operations.

Silos

The silo with 58,950tons storage capacity (on wheat base) rigs with fit-for-purpose un-loaders of 8,000tons daily discharge capacity that can handle small domestic vessels, as well as large international ones.
